Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1/2 cup garlic olive oil from Sciabica’s
  • 20 ounces of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400. Add the tomatoes, Sciabica’s olive oil, salt, and pepper to a baking dish and toss. Put the block of feta in the middle, add a splash of olive oil and back for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare your pasta like you normally would.
  3. Once the feta and tomatoes have slightly browned, remove the baking dish and add garlic and basil, then stir. Add the pasta, stir all together one more time and serve.

The famous cloud bread on TikTok is famous more so because of the way it looks rather than the way it tastes—worry not, it’s quite delightful. All you need is three ingredients and this fluffy TikTok recipe will be ready to go.

Ingredients 

  • Three large egg whites from Clover
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Optional- food coloring

Instructions

  1. - Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Use a whip attachment to beat the egg whites on medium high. Add the sugar one tablespoon at a time and beat until small bubbles start to form.
  2. - Sift in the cornstarch and whip on high for five more minutes until you have a glossy thick meringue that holds a peak.
  3. - Form your mixture into a fluffy cloud and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown. Enjoy once it’s cooled off

Instructions 

  1. Whisk your eggs in a bowl and pour them into a buttered skillet over medium heat. - Place your two slices of toast over the egg mixture, and once the eggs are cooked, flip them over so the eggs are on top.
  2. Fold the overlapping edges of the egg onto the bread, add your desired toppings, flip one slice of bread onto the other, and enjoy your sandwich.

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup of your choice of milk (cow or plant milk is fine)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whip well with a hand mixer or whip attachment until thick.
  2. Fill a glass with ice, add milk, and top it off with the coffee mixture. Stir the coffee into the milk and enjoy.

There are quite a few TikTok recipes that involve potatoes, but the latest craze in that sphere has been the 15-hour potato. Unlike the rest of the recipes on the list which are all quick and easy, the TikTok potatoes need more than a little time and attention. But the result is so so good that you won’t mind doing the process again and again.

Ingredients 

  • 5 pounds of California White Rose potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted duck fat
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Wash and peel your potatoes, thinly slicing them with a mandolin. Toss the potatoes, duck fat, and salt in a large bowl until each potato slice is well coated.
  2. Line a loaf baking pan with parchment paper and layer potato slices evenly on top of each other. Cover the top with parchment paper and bake for around 3 hours, until potatoes are soft.
  3. After the potatoes are done cooking, remove from the oven and compress with heavy objects. Let it chill for an hour and place the potato cake in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. After at least 10 hours of chilling, remove the potato cake from the pan and cut into rectangular pieces of similar size.
  5. Heat vegetable oil to 275 degrees, and deep fry each potato rectangle until golden brown (3-5 minutes).
  6. Remove, let dry, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy!
