Matthew Gose

Matthew Gose is a freelance writer and editor from Carlsbad. He’s lived in North County his entire life and is, in fact, a third generation. His passion is great storytelling, and he loves writing about food, music, travel, and inspiring human stories. His work can be found in Atwood Magazine, Carlsbad Magazine, Chef Epic.Com, and more.

Matthew strives to live a story worthy of writing. When he isn’t behind the keyboard, he can be found in the ocean, on the trail, or out and about around San Diego County. He loves a great novel as much as a compelling comic book. He loves music–both to listen to and play as an accomplished guitarist and songwriter. Perhaps most of all, he loves food!
