A Humble Sacramento Realtor with an Entrepreneurial Spirit
Suneet Agarwal is a family-oriented realtor with a large team of industry professionals. From buying to selling, Suneet prides himself on offering a range of services to clients and a variety of opportunities to other realtors. While the real estate industry typically consists of individual agents, Suneet and his team are disrupting the Sacramento status quo with a group approach. Since they work together, the team is able to manage more listings and cater to clients’ needs more effectively than they would on their own. Though Suneet thoroughly enjoys helping clients find their dream homes and get what they deserve for their properties, it’s his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to lifting up other real estate professionals that truly set him apart.
Born and raised in Yuba City, Suneet has lived in California his entire life—giving him a unique perspective on the Sacramento area. Though he lived in Humboldt County for a stint, spent a summer in San Francisco, and attended college in Chico, coming from Sutter County, Suneet considers himself a country boy and refers to Sacramento as “the big city.”
“I like Cali. It’s where my family is, it’s where I grew up. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.”
Building a Passion for Real Estate
After graduating with a business degree, Suneet didn’t imagine himself entering real estate. At the time, the tech industry was struggling, which made finding a career path nearly impossible. Suneet ended up working in sales and found his way into real estate through home loans. While it’s not the path he thought he would take, Suneet has leveraged his knowledge of business to build successful teams and is now considered one of the best in the industry. “Real estate has been a great vehicle for me to foster entrepreneurship,” says Suneet, describing what inspires him to continue pursuing this career after many years. “I really like changing agent’s lives,” he says. “We’re able to coach them and give them opportunities,” he continues as he enthusiastically describes watching his team members pay off their debts, provide for their families, and improve their quality of life.
“[With real estate] you can get out what you put in. And for me, it was important to get a lot out, so I wanted to put a lot in.”
Fostering a Supportive Environment
Speaking to Suneet about real estate, it’s apparent that mentoring the team is his favorite aspect of being a business owner. In a competitive industry, Suneet and his colleagues stand out for their commitment to building each other up and bettering themselves. While those around him proudly boast Suneet’s accomplishments and rapid growth, he is a humble realtor who’s much more interested in discussing the potential of his team members.
When he’s not helping his colleagues reach their full potential, you can find him spending time with his wife and kids, playing guitar, and giving back to the community. In addition to spending time mentoring real estate professionals, Suneet donates to social enterprises such as the Women Development Advocacy Center—an organization which provides resources to young women in need so they can attend college.
