½ cup fresh beets with the skin on, chopped
½-inch piece fresh ginger
½ cup orange juice
½ cup water
1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
1 cup frozen strawberries
1. Place beets, ginger, orange juice, and water in a blender. Blend until the consistency is smooth and there are no visible chunks.
2. Gradually add remaining ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined.
